Personal Background

  • Born and Raised right here in Lincoln
  • Attended Norwood Park Elementary, Robin Mickle Junior High, and Lincoln Northeast High School
  • Briefly lived in Casper, Wyoming and Seattle, Washington
  • Worked with at risk youth for five years at the Lincoln Regional Center
  • Owned and operated my own daycare center for four years (licensed for 75 kids, ages 6 weeks to 12 years)
  • Have taken several classes in early childhood development, as well as counseling and the Human Service Field (it's amazing how much you enjoy learning when you're older!!)
  • Worked with adults with developmental disabilities for about 2 years

I understand that investors look at the purchase and sale of real estate in a different way than the average home buyer. In an effort to make sure that my Investor Clients stay on top of the market, I've created Jennifer's Investor Insight. This is a series of email notifications that consist of information like the latest "Investment Properties" to hit the market, monthly market statistics, and more. See a house you might be interested in? I'll run a market analysis for you, giving you an idea of what the house could potentially be worth after the work is done. Would you like me to preview a property for you and provide you with pictures/video of the positives and negatives of the house to help with your decision? I understand that from accepted offer to close for an Investor is the time when your plan starts going into motion. There's measurements that need to be done, bids to get so work can happen, etc. I will arrange this with the Listing Agent, and meet the contractors at the property. (Please note: No changes of any kind will be allowed to the property during this time.) These are just a few of the services I provide to my Investor Clients to assure they remain on top of the market.

In order to make sure that buyers are seeing everything available to them, I’ve created Jennifer’s FSBO (For Sale By Owner) File.  There’s no charge to be part of Jennifer’s FSBO file.  All you have to do is contact me with your property information, and some pictures of the property.  I will add your property to the file.  When I have buyers who are looking for houses similar to yours, they will receive the property information.

If you would like to be able to stay on top of what your competition is doing, I can set you up on Prudential’s very own Online Seller Advantage.  All I need is your email address and the address of the property.  Once you’re entered in the system, you will receive emails keeping you up to date on what your competition is doing.  You will know when they do price adjustments, when new houses come on the market, etc.
