PERSONAL  and  PROFESSIONAL DEGREES !

I'm a old farm boy that grew up in NE Nebraska and graduate from University of Nebraska College of Agriculture with a degree in Production Agriculture and Agriculture Business Management.  Shorty after my college day's  I was soon to realize that my easy life was gone and it was time to get down to professional business and work.  Being self employed was a day to day task as I learned in time the difference of being a good management and a poor management.  I  determined to search for all the possibles for continue education to keep up with modern time and technology for myself and the employees.  In receiving added extra education as the next step for Knowledge and Excellence for my self. But the same old rude verbal treatment was still remained for some of the general public as they tried to find their self in a mixed up world with their fears. This fear was turned to the lost income in the financial world.  The Real Words were Personal Committement that started with Trust for the Word Peace !

I have earned the Professional Real Estate Degrees included GRI and CRS in earlier years with a lot of extra education for my Real Estate Career that lead me to help and understand people attitudes and to provide or suggest a pathway to pave in their future.  Also, I have taken several classes on line from the Internet or from different instructors at various dates for my Personal Goals. The Nebraska Real Estate Commission requires a License Renewal to have Credited Hours every 2 years.  During this time window of the 2 years as I attended the state convention's that taught me many topics through classes.  Some of these classes under continue education was in Real Estate License Law, General Legal Law in Real Estate Transactions, Broker Relationship Disclosed in Real Estate Transactions, Banks Financing (mortgage lender or hard money bankers) Bank Foreclosed Properties, Short Sales Properties, Bank REO Properties, Tax Properties as (1031 Exchanges), Radon, Mold and Lead Base Paint Problem Properties, New Construction Properties from Building Contractors,  Commercial  Properties,  Investment Properties, Agriculture Acreages and/ or Farm Land Properties all in Nebraska.

Let Me Introduce My Son,  Jonathan Jelinek 

JONATHAN, is Dale Jelinek son for I'm proudly to introduce him to you and our Family Business called J & J ENTERPRISE the Website:  (www.jandjenterprise.net).  Jonathan manages the Family Business with his Degree in Construction Management as he is very aware of the city codes and technical problems that developed on the job site. His knowledge and skill's are wonderful for the the Home Construction and/or Landscape Construction projects that makes him a very important Personal Contractor for the typical home as a customers in remodeling, doing repair work or water problems on the property you will benefit from his knowledge and experience.  Jon also, has his own skid loader for all dirt removal and or the refill after the construction job. 

For my self of the Family Business, I'm still the Director over J & J Enterprise that I deal in our own Rentals and Investments.  My job is to look over the whole Family Business with the Rental Investments from the Legal, Financial and Real Estate Worlds.  From my past 20 years plus experience, I have found that a majority of my Real Estate Customers are looking for these Services before or after the closing of their property.

My Personal walk of life and my Professional walk of my life are close together in the search that I have chosen this way for my faith to be on the correct life path for me to live and pursue. Thus, to have a clear vision of my personal life with my goals for achievements and understand other people wants and needs as I associate with them.  For my own personal life structure is based around the Lord Teachings and His Commandments to have a Peaceful Life Style. 

I truly admit to develope a peaceful life with in a person character of personality can take time and to work with others is the best.  My volunteer work with some organizations and groups is rewarding from inside the church.  My work week is around 40 - 50 hours yet but to balance family time is my personal time as I Love Nebraska Football and other Nebraska sports from the University. 

I truly believer the best way to find your self is to get involved in church functions for personal growth, with other people involvements and this will lead in to community sharing.  My wife and I has found from the inside and outside the functions in the Berean Church where we attend has help us determined the "Best for Our Life's as to be a good Leader and Family Member".

A GOOD LEADER IS ONE WHO KNOWS THE WAY, SHOWS THE WAY, AND GOES THE WAY !

PERSONAL BELIEF !

My personal belief and my family background is a combine part of my Christian Belief that I have ordinated with a loving Wife Jean Ann and my two son's (Bryan & Jonathan and their families) is all being a part of the Jelinek Family.  Oh Yes, my loving mother (Ethel)  bless her heart at 87 years old for the  support of been the foundation of our family heritage.  We all came from the NE Nebraska from and around the small town named Verdigre.  Located close to the Niobrara River,  Missouri River, and the new restored Beautiful Niobrara State Park with the small town called Niobrara nested in the rolling hills.  This was the statement from Lewis and Clarke as Explorer's to the unclaimed area be seen as the "Beauty of God Creation". 

I love to share information from one person to another building up a Win Win For Both Relationships !  Good communication in working with the general public is a positive attitude and my personal belief.   If the general public would reach out to change their attitude that change our World would we would have  "Peace To All and All a Good Night" !  The continue education I was referring to can help develop anyone personality to build their character of a person heart and set the mind for a transfer to have postive communication.  Our local Berean Church supports,  provides, and participates in various personal growth classes and professional growth functions.
